Kathryn Perera is Head of Transformation at the Horizons Group, National Health Service England. A barrister-at-law, Ms. Perera combines specialist legal expertise with her experiences in large-scale transformation, social movement theory, community organizing, public narrative, participatory politics, models of leadership, and social innovation. As CEO of the award-winning UK social enterprise Movement for Change, she led in developing political strategy and devising and implementing an internationally recognized community organizing training program.
