Kathryn (katy) Monopoli PhD

Kathryn (Katy) Monopoli, PhD, is a Senior Scientist in Oligonucleotide Therapeutics at Regeneron, where she focuses on advancing RNA-based medicines through computational and data-driven approaches. In this role, she contributes to the development of next-generation genetic therapeutics, leveraging machine learning and bioinformatics to design and optimize small interfering RNAs (siRNAs) and related modalities.

Monopoli completed her PhD through a joint program at the RNA Therapeutics Institute at UMass Chan Medical School and Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
