Kathryn A. Witzeman MD, FACOG

Dr. Witzeman is the Associate Director of Women’s Health for Ambulatory Care Services. She is an Associate Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University Of Colorado School of Medicine. Dr. Witzeman has a strong interest in women’s preventative health. In 2008, Dr. Witzeman founded the Women's Integrated Pelvic Health Program at Denver Health Medical Center and has overseen its growth and development as its Director since inception.

She is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and her clinical and research interests include vulvovaginal disorders, pelvic pain, menstrual disorders, menopausal problems, biomedical ethics as it applies to the field of OBGYN and medical education. Dr. Witzeman speaks nationally and internationally on these topics.

Dr. Witzeman was voted onto the Executive Board of Directors of International Pelvic Pain Society in 2016. Dr. Witzeman recently graduated from the University of Arizona Fellowship in Integrative Medicine. Dr. Witzeman has also completed the 2012 APGO Scholars and Leaders program. She completed her medical degree at the University of Cincinnati SOM and her OBGYN residency training at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
