Kathleen Tusaie PhD, APRN, PMHCNS/NP-BC

Kathleen Tusaie is a professor emerita and former lead faculty for the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Program at the University of Akron. Her commitment to nursing education includes integrating evidence-based practices and developing innovative training methods like simulation-based learning. In addition to her academic career, she has maintained a private practice since 1988. She has also taught at the University of Pittsburgh and the Pennsylvania State University School of Nursing.
