Kathleen Ferket MSN, APRN-BC

Kathleen Ferket is an experienced and transformational nursing executive, speaker, author and a recognized leader in case management, clinical integration, value-based care and population health. As the principal for Ferket Advisory Services, LLC, she serves as an executive consultant for hospitals, associations and health care agencies. Most recently, she served as care continuum vice president for a nine-hospital system in the Midwest, where she led acute care management and alignment for post-acute services for the health system. Previous executive roles included hospital operations, service line leadership, clinical reliability and population health. As a registered leadership coach and Green Belt LEAN champion, Ferket mentors and develops leaders to navigate change, workplace conflict, team building and effective communication. She has published in peer-reviewed journals and contributed to books on patient safety and population health.
