Katherine Hwu MD

Dr. Hwu's primary interests involve clinical care with a focus on Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes and associated issues such as PCOS. In addition, she serves as the Fellowship Program Director and has a strong interest in the education of medical students, residents and fellows and mentoring of youth interested in science and medical careers. Dr. Hwu is currently enrolled in the Masters Teachers Fellowship Program and is pursuing a certification in medical education.
