Katherine Dipalo PharmD, BCAAP, CGP

Dr. Katherine E. Di Palo is a nationally recognized clinical pharmacy specialist and program leader for the Heart Failure Readmissions Reduction Program at Montefiore Health System. She received her Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University at Buffalo and is board-certified in ambulatory care and geriatrics. Her research interests include clinical transformations, medication adherence and patient education.
