Katherine leads a global, cross-functional patient engagement leadership team responsible for developing and driving Janssen patient engagement strategy and measuring progress over time. She and her team are focused on incorporating direct patient voice into core processes, including disease area strategies, product development, clinical plans, pre-approval access, supply chain decisions and commercial strategies.
Katherine has over 20 years of experience at Johnson & Johnson in sales, marketing, strategy and business development roles. Most recently, she served as global commercial vice president for a Janssen business developing pharmaceutical ingredients for pain. Prior to that, Katherine led a cross-functional team responsible for commercial assessments of licensing and acquisition opportunities for Janssen neuroscience. Katherine began her career in women’s health and has demonstrated success in launch, turnaround and mature businesses in a variety of disease areas. She has a passion for and track record of coaching and developing people. Katherine holds a BS in Business/Marketing from the Kelley School of Business.
