Katharine Forrest MBChB, DTMH, MRCP, MRCPCH

Dr Forrest joined the Trust as a consultant paediatric neurologist in 2009 and has been in a substantive consultant position since 2011. She receives referrals from consultant paediatricians, consultant paediatric neurologists and community paediatricians for assessment of all paediatric neurology conditions.
Dr Forrest provides outpatient and inpatient services for children in the Wessex region. She runs general paediatric neurology clinics in which she sees children with a range of conditions, including epilepsy. She also leads specialist clinics for children with the following conditions
Dr Forrest is the lead for education for the Wessex Neuroscience Network. She's also a distance learning tutor for the British Paediatric Neurology Association and regional adviser and principal investigator for national research studies
