Kate Crary, B.S. joined the NH Institute for Health Policy and Practice in October of 2011. She currently serves as a Project Director with the Institute for Health Policy and Practice at UNH. Kate has worked on many programs with the Department of Health and Human Services in NH, and is a certified Long Term Care Ombudsman. In addition to this work, she is responsible for the design and implementation of numerous educational programs and trainings, focusing on an array of topics such as case management, person-centered planning, conflict management, care giving, transitional care, and other subjects.
