Karla Kay Giese, DNP, FNP-BC, is a family nurse practitioner with extensive expertise in endocrinology, diabetes management, obesity care, and metabolic health. She currently practices with Munson Healthcare Endocrinology and Metabolism, where she provides comprehensive, patient-centered care for individuals with complex endocrine and metabolic disorders. Throughout her career, she has been committed to improving health outcomes through evidence-based practice, preventive care, and innovative approaches to chronic disease management.

Giese earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, where her scholarly work focused on quality improvement and workplace obesity prevention.
