Karl Gerritse MA, MD, PhD

Karl Gerritse is a psychiatry resident at the Amsterdam University Medical Center, location AMC. He just finished his Ph.D. research on ethical challenges in decision-making in gender-affirming care. In a participatory project with clients and caretakers, we co-created ethics support aimed at identifying and handling these moral challenges, as well as fostering shared decision-making and person-centered care.
