Karen Thomas PhD, MEd, FACEHP, CHCP

Karen Thomas is a member of the Genentech, CMG Training & Development Team. She is a Sr. Trainer serving in the role of T&D Governance Lead and Lytics Training Partner. She has a Masters's in Education with an emphasis on adult learning and performance improvement; is a Fellow of the Alliance for Continuing Education of the Health Professions, and is a Certified Health Care Education Professional. She has a love for "learning" and has completed doctoral level learning in the area of Adult Learning & Performance; and also has studied semiotics and terminology. She has over 20+ years of experience in compliance, accreditation, research study design, educational needs assessment, adult learning, and outcomes analysis.
