Karel G. Ter Brugge MD, FRCPC

Dr. ter Brugge was born in Holland and went to medical school at the University of Utrecht in Holland. He subsequently obtained his specialty training in Radiology at the University of Toronto and his Fellowship training in Neuroradiology at the Montreal Neurological Institute, McGill University. He became a staff Neuroradiologist at the Toronto Western Hospital in 1976 and developed a multidisciplinary program in Interventional Neuroradiology at the University of Toronto under the guidance of Dr Lasjaunias in 1984. Subsequently this Program has become the largest of its kind in Canada.
