Karel Fostier MD

dr. Karel Fostier graduated as a doctor at the VUB in 2006 and started working as a specialist in Internal Medicine – Hematology at UZ Brussel in 2014. Since 2018, he has been working as a staff member of clinical hematology at OLV Aalst. He will remain affiliated with UZ Brussel as a consultant. Karel Fostier specializes in the treatment of multiple myeloma and other plasma cell disorders. As a principal investigator, he was involved in several phases 1, 2, and 3 studies. He is an active member of the myeloma committee of the Belgian Hematology Society (BHS).
