Karel A. De Leeuw DDS, MD, MBA, FACS

Dr. deLeeuw completed his OMFS training in 1985 at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas Texas. He served as an examiner on the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery for eight years and is past Chairman of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Rochester. He served as Chief of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at The Mayo Clinic Arizona and as Medical Director at Mayo Global Health Solutions. Dr. deLeeuw is an Emeritus Faculty at the Mayo Clinic. Currently, he is an Affiliate - Clinical Professor of Surgery at the University of Arizona.
