Kareen V. Turner MPH, RD, CHPC

Kareen V. Turner is an operations executive, she has a unique ability to not only operationalize departments and restructure teams but manage the ongoing day-to-day functions of cross-functional groups. She is a servant leader and designated “fixer” who has learned over the years that clear expectations up front and throughout inevitably leads to success. That leadership style, passion for the people that make an organization run smoothly and her ability to quickly build trust among newly inherited team members have enabled her to take over disjointed, underperforming teams and transform their productivity—despite having no direct knowledge of their daily functions. For instance, during her time at FASTer Way to Fat Loss, she was appointed to take over a fractured team with an abrupt departure in leadership. Under her direction, they were able to quickly restore team dynamics, shift to a data-focused culture, grow their member base from 15,000 to 28,000, and lower churn from about 12% to as low as 5%.
