Kara Allen

Dr Kara Allen is a specialist anaesthetist (FANZCA) at the Royal Melbourne Hospital and the Medical Lead at Monash Simulation. She has an honorary appointment at St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne and academic appointments at Monash University and the University of Melbourne, and is the Lead Educator for Victoria in the ANZCA Educators Program. She is currently undertaking research in returning critical care practitioners to the workforce as an extension of her role as convenor of the CRASH (Critical care, resuscitation, airway skills: Helping you return to work) course.
