Kamol Wattanakrai MD, FACS, FRCST

Assistant Professor Kamol Wattanakrai MD.FACS is a board-certified plastic surgeon. He is currently the president of the Society of Aesthetic Plastic surgeons of Thailand and the national secretary of ISAPS for Thailand. He has been invited to give lectures on eyelid surgery and thread liftings in numerous international meetings such as ISAPS, OSAPS. IMCAS and MIPS.etc. His main practice focus on facial rejuvenation Rhinoplasty and periorbital aesthetic surgery.

He is the pioneer of thread lifting in Thailand. He started from Aptos threads in 2002 and then follow by feather with Silhouette, Mints lift, spring threads and the current thread is Reborn, a mesh thread suspension. He also invents his own threads that are the Klift and V –lifts techniques. Eyelid surgery is a major practice in his office. He published articles on both upper and lower eyelid Surgery in core journals of plastic surgery Nose surgery is also a common procedure in his practice. He performs both simple rhinoplasties using silicone implant and open rhinoplasty that is the cartilage remodeling using ear cartilage. Surgery to correct the short nose is a common procedure in his center.

Moreover, Aesthetic surgery of the breast and body such as Mammoplasty, body contouring ( tummy tug) , Liposuction are also successfully performed by our team. Lipofilling or fat transfer is now an emerging field in aesthetic surgery. Dr. Kamol is a member of ISPRES that is the leading organization on tissue regeneration. He is a leader in Thailand and a lecturer in many international congresses on fat transfer.
