Kaija Saranto, PhD, RN, FACMI, FAAN since 2000 Professor in Health and Human Services Informatics, at the Department of Health and Social Management, University of Eastern Finland. Currently, she is dedicated to training in advanced nursing education programs of the Nursing Division of Health Resources and Services (HRSA) to prepare nurses in the field of Information Technology. This includes online master's and post-master's programs aimed at educators and supports I-Collaboratory, an innovative online community to support computer students.
