Dr. Witzel is a specialist in surgery, proctology (intestinal diseases), sports medicine, X-ray diagnostics and emergency medicine. At the "Minimally Invasive Center Dr. Dr. Witzel" in Hunfeld, the surgeon and proctologist offer regular consultations with a focus on the rectum, thyroid, inguinal hernia, bile and sports medicine. After working as a senior physician in Fulda (Sacred Heart Hospital) and chief physician and medical director in Hunfeld (HELIOS), he is now able to treat inpatients as part of the recognition as attending physician of the St. Elisabeth Hospital in the region by the Hesse Regional Medical Association.
