Kadir Demirci

Associate Professor. Kadir Demirci; After completing his primary and secondary education in Izmir, he completed his Medical Doctorate education at Suleyman Demirel University Faculty of Medicine in 2005 and received the title of 'Medical Doctor'. His specialization thesis was on 'Antipsychotic Drugs and Oxidative Stress-Antioxidants'. During this period, he received training at Berlin University Charite Hospitals Psychiatry Clinic in Germany in order to improve his professional experience and education. After doing my military service at Kütahya Military Hospital, he worked as a Psychiatry Specialist at Isparta State Hospital and Tokat State Hospitals and later worked as a lecturer at Süleyman Demirel University. During this period, he lectured at the Faculty of Medicine and other faculties at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels. He received the title of "Associate Professor of Psychiatry" in 2018. Between 2017-2021, he was the director of ASV Yaşam Hospital and Antalya Yaşam Hospitals Psychiatry Unit. Today, he serves his patients and clients in his own clinic.

He has 29 articles published in international journals, 16 articles published in national journals, 36 presented in international congresses, 35 oral and poster statements presented in national congresses, and authored 2 book chapters. He also took part as a panelist speaker on various topics in national and international congresses and symposiums.

He has attended many trainings and courses, especially Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Education, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Education, Sex Therapy Education, Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Addiction, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and Hypnosis. He is a member of the Turkish Medical Association and the Turkish Psychiatric Association.
