Kacie La Forest is a speech-language pathologist at the USC Voice Center, Department of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery at Keck Medicine of USC. She works on an interdisciplinary team to comprehensively manage voice, swallowing, and upper airway disorders, including professional/performing voice and gender-affirming voice care. She earned her graduate degree from the University of Akron and completed further training at the University of Utah Summer Vocology Institute before her clinical fellowship with the USC Voice Center.

Kacie holds a Certificate of Clinical Compliance in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA). Professional affiliations include The Voice Foundation (Southern California Chapter), Dysphagia Research Society, and ASHA Special Interest Groups (SIG3 - Voice and Upper Airway Disorders, SIG13 - Swallowing Disorders, Dysphagia).
