Justus Roos MD

Dr. Justus E. Roos is currently working as a Chief Physician of Radiology and Nuclear Medicine at Luzerner Kantonsspital. Justus Roos completed his medical training at the University of Bern. He completed his years of residency at the University Hospital of Geneva and later at the University Hospital of Zurich, where he completed his further training as a specialist in radiology in 2003. Between 2003 and 2004 he worked as a senior physician at the Institute for Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology at the University Hospital of Zurich.

He then completed two years of research at Stanford University, California (USA), where he spent the next three years working clinically and scientifically in the field of thoracic and cardiovascular imaging as an assistant professor in the Department of Radiology. In 2010 he moved to the Winterthur Cantonal Hospital and was responsible for the technical and personnel management of computer tomography as head of radiology until the end of 2012.
