Justine completed the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT) Train The Trainers program in 2010 in San Diego USA and continues to be an active member of MINT.
Justine trained as a Mental Health Nurse in Salford qualifying in 1994. As a mental health nurse, Justine has worked in a variety of settings such as, acute inpatients, community rehabilitation, HIV and AIDS, substance misuse, A&E liaison and has developed her skills as a dual diagnosis practitioner over the last 15 years.
She has been a Consultant Nurse in Mental Health & Substance Use (Dual Diagnosis) at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust since October 2007, covering the boroughs of Bexley, Bromley, and Greenwich in South East London.
