Justin Holko is Senior Vice President of the Global Oncology & Hematology Business Unit at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Regeneron is a leading science-based biopharmaceutical company that discovers, invents, develops, manufactures, and commercializes medicines for the treatment of serious medical conditions. Regeneron is known for the development of products that focus on areas of unmet medical need across therapeutic areas, including oncology. Justin joined Regeneron in 2019 as the Vice President of Investor Relations.

In 2021, he was selected to lead the Oncology/Hematology CBU due to his vast experience and robust understanding of the marketplace. Justin has played an instrumental role in leading the growth of the Oncology Business Unit in the U.S. while pioneering efforts to expand Regeneron’s global footprint into international markets. With 20+ years of industry experience, Justin’s breadth and depth of experience across commercial, scientific, and financial functions enable him to deliver on business goals. He provides strategic leadership and cross-functional direction to successfully drive global commercialization of the Regeneron oncology portfolio.

Before joining Regeneron, Justin spent 19 years at Merck & Co. in a variety of roles in technical and strategic settings. He was a U.S. Marketing Leader on several groundbreaking solid tumor and hematologic cancer launches for Keytruda, a revolutionary immuno-oncology treatment indicated across a variety of cancer types. Before the launch of Keytruda, he held positions in Investor Relations, New Product Strategy & Development, Global Market Access, and Operational Excellence that fostered a thorough understanding of the pharmaceutical business. Justin has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Rutgers University.
