Juliette joined Cochlear. Cochlear is a medical device company that designs, manufactures and supplies the Nucleus cochlear implant, the Hybrid electro-acoustic implant and the BAHA bone conduction implant to provide a sense of sound to a person who is profoundly deaf or severely hard of hearing.

Juliette worked at Rayner from 2011 to 2017. Her team was responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, vigilance, international registrations, quality management systems, quality assurance and validation and the company’s clinical research programme. Juliette is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer, Member of the Institute of Directors and Regulatory Affairs Professional Society RAPS. She has a PhD in Biomedical Engineering and has worked in the Global Healthcare industry.

She has had diverse roles in managing design, research and development, quality management systems and leading regulatory affairs teams both in the UK, Europe and overseas in developing countries.

Juliette relishes continuous improvement and being involved in the development of new industry regulations. She has enjoyed being an active member of MedTech Europe and ABHI regulatory affairs committees.
