Julien Ognard

Dr. Julien Ognard MD, Ph.D., senior Assistant at the Brest University Hospital, Brest, France, is specialized in neuroradiology, subspecialty imaging in endovascular neurosurgery. He is also University Assistant for Biostatistics, Medical Informatics, and Communication Technologies. After his MD and Ph.D. in medical image processing, his research at the Laboratory of Medical Information Processing (LaTIM, INSERM UMR 1101) has been focused on translational integration of automation in the imaging department, and interdisciplinary research in clinical neuroimaging, neurosurgery, neurology, legal medicine, and informatics. He has published as the first or last author of more than 60 scientific peer-reviewed articles indexed in international databases. Dr. Ognard is the Editor-in-chief of Neuroscience Informatics and the Senior Statistics Editor for the Journal of Neuroradiology, the official publication of the French Society of Neuroradiology (SFNR).
