Dr. Julie Rabb completed her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology form Wheaton College Graduate School in Wheaton, IL in 2014 where she specialized in working with children and adolescents. Dr Rabb's interest in international studies led her to focus her research and dissertation on orphans and caregivers in Zambia. She completed an APA accredited internship at the Aurora Mental Health Center in Aurora, CO where she specialized in therapeutic interventions and assessment of young children.

While there she completed rotations in the treatment of children with developmental delays and treated refugees in an Integrated Primary Care clinic. Dr. Rabb completed her post-doctoral fellowship with the Irving Harris Program in Child Development and Infant Mental Health through the University of Colorado-Denver School of Medicine. Her training included dyadic parent-child therapies, testifying as an expert witness on infant mental health, and early childhood assessment and diagnosis with the application of the DC:0-3 classification system.

Currently, Dr Rabb works in the Psychology Services Department and General Pediatric Clinic on the St Paul Campus of Children's. Her clinical interests include developing and implementing two generation interventions. This consists of a group for parents of children with complex medical needs and parent-child interventions such as Parent-Child Interaction Therapy. Dr. Rabb is working collaboratively with colleagues to further develop evidenced-based treatments for early childhood in both the psychology and pediatrics clinics of Children's Minnesota.
