Julie Parsons MD, MS

Julie Parsons, MD, is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics and Neurology at the University of Colorado School of Medicine and chairholder of the Haberfeld Family Endowed Chair in Pediatric Neuromuscular Disorders. Prior to medical school, she obtained an MS as a Child Health Associate and practiced general pediatrics as a physician assistant for five years. She then completed MD, Pediatric internship and residency, Child Neurology residency and a Neuromuscular fellowship at the University of Colorado.

Dr. Parsons has served as the Child Neurology Program Residency Director at the University of Colorado School of Medicine since 2007. Dr. Parsons currently serves as a Councillor on the Board of Directors of the Professors of Child Neurology.
