Julia Tortorice CFO, RN, MBA, MSN, NEA-BC, CPHQ

Julia Tortorice, RN, MBA, MSN, has been the lead nurse planner and CEO for CEUFast, Inc. since 2001. She received her postbaccalaureate certificate in nursing education from the University of FL. She received her MSN from the University of Phoenix. She received her MBA from the University of FL. Mrs. Tortorice is board certified nurse executive advanced (NEA-BC) and a certified professional of healthcare quality (CPHQ). She has worked as a nursing executive since 1984. During the time she worked in administration.

Mrs. Tortorice also worked PRN in her clinical specialty area, emergency nursing. Mrs. Tortorice worked as courtesy clinical assistant professor for the University of Florida, College of Nursing for four years. For three years she directed a RN residency program which attained accreditation in 2011.
