Dr. Julia Murray is a Consultant Clinical Oncologist at The Royal Marsden specializing in radiotherapy and systemic therapy for prostate cancer. She graduated from Imperial College, London in 2004 and undertook her general medical training in London. Her specialist clinical oncology training was completed at The Royal Marsden, Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital, and St Luke’s Cancer Centre. In 2013, Dr. Murray was awarded a Cancer Research UK Ph.D. Fellowship at The Institute of Cancer Research and The Royal Marsden evaluating image-guided prostate radiotherapy and the relationship between radiation dose and toxicity. She received her Ph.D. in 2017 and was appointed as a Consultant Clinical Oncologist in the Urology unit at The Royal Marsden later that year. She is actively involved in clinical research evaluating advanced radiotherapy technology to improve treatment accuracy and patient outcomes.
