Julia Costich MPA, JD, PhD

Julia F. Costich, JD, Ph.D., is the Peter P. Bosomworth Professor of Health Services Research in the Department of Health Management and Policy, where she has been a faculty member since 1998. She also serves as associate director of the Kentucky Injury Prevention and Research Center (KIPRC). Dr. Costich teaches in the CPH graduate programs and the UK College of Law. Her prior administrative roles include director of the Master of Health Administration program, KIPRC director, and department chair. Her research interests focus on health law and policy, particularly as they affect vulnerable populations.
