Juilee Thakar MSc, PhD

Dr. Juilee Thakar, MSc, PhD, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology at the University of Rochester Medical Center. She received her Doctor of Philosophy from The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg. Thakar lab uses systems biology approaches to identify immune signatures that can predict the outcome of an immune response to infections or vaccinations. Her research interests include Bioinformatics, Microbiology, Immunology, Infectious Diseases, Cell Biology, Computational Biology, Gene Expression, Innate Immunity, and Inflammation.
