Judy D. Simon BS, MS, RD, CD, CHES

Judy Simon, MS, RDN, CD, CHES is a registered dietitian nutritionist and certified health educator. Judy graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Medical Dietetics and a master’s degree in Community Health Education.
Judy’s specialties include: Women’s reproductive health (fertility, polycystic ovary syndrome, and pregnancy and postnatal nutrition); eating disorders; pediatrics; gastrointestinal disorders; and management of chronic disease (weight, diabetes, cholesterol, hypertension).
Judy supports patients who want to improve their health through healthy eating. She will encourage you to achieve your nutrition goals through making small, practical changes and will help you adapt your nutrition therapy into a plan that works with your food preferences and lifestyle. Judy wants to help you create a personal nutrition plan that is realistic, achievable, and helps you successfully reach your goal.
