Judy C. Lane MD, RN, BSN, MSN

Dr. Judy Lane began her career in medicine as an R.N., returning to school to complete her B.S.N. locally at the Metropolitan State College here in Denver. Three years later, she earned her M.S.N. from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. In 1987, Dr. Lane graduated once more from the University of Colorado, but with an M.D. degree. In the time following her educational achievements, she moved to North Carolina to complete her Internship in Medicine and Residency in Neurology at UNC Chapel Hill.

She returned to the state of Colorado immediately following her internship and residency experiences to complete her fellowship in neurorehabilitation at the Rocky Mountain MS Center. She is board certified in both Neurology and Headache Medicine. Dr. Lane acted as the Medical Director of the Head Pain Center for over two decades before joining Blue Sky Neurology in 2015. She also currently works as an Associate Clinical Professor in the Department of Family Medicine at the University of Colorado, where she has taught for the last twenty years.

Dr. Lane has 25 years of experience in working with over 1,000 patients with migraine, cluster headache, post-traumatic headache, and other head pain disorders. She is currently a member of the American Academy of Neurology, American Headache Society, and Colorado Society of Clinical Neurology to name only a few.
