Judith Storch is Distinguished Professor of Nutritional Sciences at the School of Environmental and Biological Sciences, Rutgers University. She received an MS in Nutrition and a PhD in Physiology and Biophysics at Columbia University in New York City, and received postdoctoral training at Harvard Medical School in Boston. She then joined the faculty of the Harvard School of Public Health 1n 1986, and moved to Rutgers University in 1992.
