Judith Krens MSc, LLM, LLB

Judith Krens is a partner in the IP/IT practise group. She is based in the Amsterdam office and specialises primarily in life sciences with a particular focus on (international) patent litigation, but is also familiar with and has significant experience in other areas of IP law such as trademark law, copyright law and IT law. Judith has tremendous experience with cross-border / multi-jurisdictional patent litigation and is well-known for her experience in the field of pharmaceuticals, biotech and medical devices, but she also frequently handles cases in other technical fields such as mechanics and electronics.

In addition, Judith has worked in the M&A/PE department of Debevoise & Plimpton (New York) where she gained significant experience in negotiating IP licenses, transfer agreements and IT-contracts. Furthermore, Judith worked as Corporate Counsel – Europe for the global IT-company Cognizant Technology Solutions where she was responsible for client contracts in Benelux, France, Austria and Scandinavia.
