Joyce Anne Parks is a Clinical Nurse Specialist with 42 years of experience at Johns Hopkins Hospital. She has the second licensure in the state of Maryland as a Nurse Psychotherapist (APRN/PMH). She has been certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist and in Nursing Professional Development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She has earned a post-master’s Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Maryland School Of Nursing. She currently serves on the Board of Visitors for the University Of Maryland School of Nursing.
