Joyce has held various positions in clinical, leadership and educational specialties while coaching nurses in professional development. She has held certifications in continued education, nursing informatics, legal nurse consulting and perioperative nursing. With her 15 years’ experience as a perioperative nurse, team leader and educator, Joyce focuses on developing a plan for certification and filling in knowledge gaps through interactive learning and building upon existing knowledge.
