Joy A. Dugan PA-C, MSPAS, MPH

Ms. Dugan is a 2012 graduate of the Touro University California Joint MSPAS/MPH Program. She also serves as Clinical Instructor in the College of Osteopathic Medicine. She sees patients and precepts DO, PA, and MPH students at the Touro University/Solano County Family Health Services Medical Clinic; additionally, she volunteers as a preceptor at the Student-Run Free Clinic (SRFC). In the PA program, she gives clinical lectures and leads small groups in the Clinical Applications course. As a student, she served as PA Class President, co-founder of the SRFC, and student representative to the California Academy of PAs. After graduation, she served on the CAPA Board as Secretary and on the Public Relations and Political Action Committees. In her spare time, she serves in the California National Guard as a PA.
