Joshua F. Smith PA-C, MMS

Josh Smith is a Physician Assistant (PA) who grew up and completed his education in Oregon prior to relocating to the Las Vegas/Henderson area in 2012. He entered the medical profession as a combat medic in the Army. Josh served six years in the military and deployed to Iraq in 2004. During this time, he enjoyed learning about the culture and giving medical care to US troops and the local community.

Josh completed his undergraduate degree at Oregon State University. He earned his Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies at Oregon Health and Science University. He spent most of his studies pursuing his passion in family medicine and many other fields, including orthopedic surgery, endocrinology, internal medicine, and pediatrics. He trained and provided medical coverage in numerous underserved populations, including a Native American reservation, a Veteran’s Affairs Hospital, and many rural communities.
