Director of the Heart Diseases Biomedical Research Group at the Research Institute of the Hospital del Mar (IMIM) in Barcelona, 2012-2016. Past Vice President of the Catalan Society of Cardiology. Member of the Heart Failure Association of the European Society of Cardiology and Advisor to the Ministry of Health of the Government of Catalonia for organization of care of patients with chronic conditions.
