Jose Luis Ventura Leon PhD in psychology from the San Martin de Porres University. He is a Qualified Researcher by the National Council of Science, Technology and Technological Innovation (Regina, Concytec). His Master in Educational Psychology from the Cayetano Heredia University. His Degree in Psychology from the Ricardo Palma University. He is currently a Full Time Research Professor at UPN and Postgraduate Professor at USMP. He has taught at the UIGV, UPCH, UTP, and UPC. He has scientific articles on psychometric and methodological topics. Also, he has some popular books.
