Jose Alfredo Neira Garza

Alfredo Neira Garza is specialized in Hand Surgery and Reconstructive Microsurgery. He is trained in Hand and Reconstructive Microsurgery at the Kleinert Institute of the University of Louisville, Ky USA from June 1, 1993, to May 31, 1994. Later trained in Upper Extremity and Vascular Microsurgery in Orthopedics at the University of Texas -Houston from July 1, 1996, to June 31, 1997.
