Jordan Lee Tate MD, MPH

Jordan Tate, MD, MPH earned her medical degree from the Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia and completed her residency in the Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Program at Emory University, where she was Chief Resident. She earned her Masters of Public Health at Emory, specializing in Behavioral Science and Health Education. Dr. Tate also completed a Pain Medicine Fellowship at the Mayo Clinic Department of Pain Medicine in Jacksonville, Florida.
