Jordan Harmon BA, MHA

Jordan Harmon, MHA, is Managing Director of the HSS Center for the Advancement of Value in Musculoskeletal Health at Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS), where he focuses on helping clinical teams deliver high value care. The center pulls together expertise from multiple departments to rapidly develop and deploy programs, systems and tools to fast-track the delivery of high value musculoskeletal care at HSS and beyond.
Jordan works with interdisciplinary teams at HSS to develop these new high-value care solutions for the enterprise and the broader healthcare market. Before co-leading the center, Jordan was Senior Director of Operational Excellence, where he oversaw clinical care transformation initiatives for the hospital.
Before joining HSS, Jordan was a leader in the Faculty Group Practice (FGP) at NYU Langone Medical Center and was a management consultant with both Navigant and Huron Healthcare, working with many leading healthcare organizations throughout the country to improve operational and financial performance.
