Jordan Asher MD, MS

Jordan Asher, MD, MS, is Chief Clinical Officer of Ascension Care Management. His role concentrates on creating innovative models of care delivery as well as providing national thought leadership directed towards the future of healthcare. With his focus on clinical innovation and new value-based healthcare models, Jordan’s work is aimed at delivering on Ascension Care Management’s promise to improve the health of diverse communities across the nation.

As part of his thought leadership efforts, Jordan also writes the blog The Positive Contrarian, where he shares his thoughts on the future of healthcare, including payment and healthcare model reform.

Before joining Ascension Care Management, Jordan served as the Physician Executive for Saint Thomas Health in Nashville, where he led the implementation and design of physician alignment strategies.
