Joon H. Uhm BSc, MD

Joon H. Uhm, M.D., is division chair of Neuro-Oncology at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, as well as enterprise director of Neuro-Oncology for all three sites of Mayo Clinic (Minnesota, Arizona and Florida). Both his leadership and clinical roles focus on one singular objective — to bring to the patient the best, state-of-the-art treatments in neuro-oncology.
In addition to his clinical and leadership activities, Dr. Uhm is active in research and education, providing mentorship to residents and fellows so as to train the future generation of the best and brightest neuro-oncologists. In this regard, he serves as the director of the Neuro-Oncology Fellowship at Mayo Clinic. His expertise is sought after by many academic centers as a visiting speaker and also by scientific societies in which he serves in leadership roles.
