Jonathan Wade MSc, PhD

Dr. Jonathan Brett Wade, MSc, Ph.D. is a Principal Research Scientist at the Eli Lilly and Company. Dr. Wade earned his BSc degree in Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Loughborough University, UK, an MSc degree in Pharmaceutical Technology, and his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Science, both from King’s College London, UK. He has over 20 years of experience across late-stage product development, scale-up, technology transfer, and process validation for both batch and continuous manufacturing processes, with a focus on solid oral dosage forms. He has extensive hands-on experience authoring, reviewing, and approving process validation packages associated with new product introductions, technology transfers, and periodic re-validations for legacy products. Currently, he is leading commercialization efforts for batch and continuously manufactured drug products across Eli Lilly’s global network.
